As someone who works in the ever changing high tech world, I often wonder how things ever got done prior to the advent of the search engine. Without the internet, what would a fellow do if they where happily installing some software then encountered the informative missive ‘failed to map segment from shared object: Permission denied‘?

Needless to say, I am forever grateful to the internet and particularly, to all those folks whose blog postings, bug reports, articles, etc, have spared me unnecessary gnashing of teeth and pulling of hairs. It is in that same spirit, that I now maintain this blog, to revenge, if you will, the enlightenment I have endured in cyberspace.
